ivyteasdale asked: Hello!
I decided to try and get a job on-board a cruise ship. Can anyone recommend a recruitment agency or any ideas how I could proceed?
Some of the website I have been looking on ask for registration fee and I do not like the sound of that.

DEEDEE asked: We are due to cruise with ROYAL CARIBBEAN in about 6 weeks. I have bought a beverage package but am not sure whether I need to buy one for the second week? I think the Sea Pass gets stamped so do you get a different Sea Pass for the second week? I don’t know whether the beverage package lasts the one or two weeks – I would **** to pay for two when the one Sea Pass gets you through as they are so expensive with two young children.
Can anyone help?

Ezekiel Satchell asked: I am currently a waiter in a restaurant and would be interested in working aboard a cruise ship and would like to know what it involves. What are the conditions and pay like? How long would I be away for (for instance would I need to give up my flat)?
I would especially love to hear about anybody’s experiences, both positive and negative.

Scotty 21 asked: All advertisements seem to be for Bar Managers and Food and Beverage Managers. Although I am currently a Bar Manager, I have never worked on ships before and would love to find a job as a Bar Man on a cruise ship.

phichi asked: I am a cook and am planning on working on a cruise ship. However i have medication i need to take daily and I can’t afford to purchase 6 months worth. Is there any allowance for this? I understand there is limited health care but i think that they probably don’t cover preexisting conditions. Can i purchase it on the ship monthly like a normal pharmacy? Thank you for any replies.
