Me and my fella are heading off to see a few places in the world. We will be gone probably a maximum of three months visiting Australia, New Zealand, Tokyo and probably America. We have friends and family in Australia and NZ so accommodation there won’t be such a problem and have found decent flights as well. Has anyone done a similar trip and how much did you spend. I’m thinking about £2,000 – £3,000 – is that enough?

Well depending on where you stay, I think that would probably be around enough. Just keep track of your money wisely.
probably will be enough for about a month in places where you need places to stay. Figure about 40-50 per day for food and probably about 35-50 a day for lodging. Then you will also be spending money on whatever activities you get into and gifts.
