how many teens aged between 15 -17 go to europe at the end of the year?

im goin to europe this december with my family. im 16 and would like to know how many people my age am i likely to meet. ill be on tour on a bus for 3 weeks and visiting the main countries (italy, france, england) etc. i cannot bear talkin to my younger sister for 3 weeks (she hates me).
i know there would be teens in europe, but there is mostly overnite stays on the itinerary.
