perhaps living outside a city would be better suited to you.
a really nice place is brighton, it got plenty to see and do, and is right by the sea. I didnt feel at threat in brighton at all

Why would you move to England and think you can escape from drunkards when you know that’s a way of life for the country. It’s like going to Brazil and not wanting to see pretty girls in bikini’s.
And in response to the one about moving outside a city, the locals can be just as rowdy as the teenagers.
