Whats the time difference between dvd release dates in the usa to the uk?

Just wondering if anyone knows how long after the U.S release there dvds do the uk get them, is it something like a month after or longer cause i wanna get star trek and its out in the states in october.

    If you have a multi-region DVD player you can order it from the USA.

    it different for every dvd, usually about a month give or take a few weeks
