well cruise ships cost millions of dollars plus pay for the crew and supplies and maintenance and all. that’s why large companies, not civilians, own cruise ships.
so if you have a couple billion dollars, yes you can take over one and do what you wish. they have world cruises that go worldwide, i saw a 45 day one. i don’t think they pick up people at every stop. so if you have a good 10 billion dollars on you, you can make your dream come true
