Can anyone please help with a travelling Itinery for South east Asia? ?

My boyfriend and I have booked return tickets to Bangkok, leaving Nov 08 and returning May 09. We are trying to work out the best itinery, taking in to consideration weather, money, festivals / parties etc.

We want to visit Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonisia, Malaysia, Singapore and China, with the possibility of doing some English teaching on the way (both TEFL trained). Any tips or advice really appreciated, thank you
