Ur looking for a stay visa not a visiting visa. Don’t beat around the bush !
Ask her her family to sponsor you , but then u have to proof to the Embassy that u don’t intend to stay.

-Found where’s the US embassy in ur countrey.
-Call the embassy to book an interview to apply for a B1/B2 visa
-There’s always a non refundable fees of the visa interview it’s always100$ or in ur currancy.
-before interview you have to fill DS-156 online form ,DS 157, and DS158.

There is a US consulate in Edinburgh which can issue short-stay visas (less than 90 days):

I’m afraid as an Indian citizen, however, it could be a slow process. You will need probably for your girlfriend’s family to extend an invitation, proof of sufficient funds to cover all aspects of your visit, a return ticket, a $150 visa fee, and you may, depending on the consulate’s security position, be required to turn up for a short interview, before they are prepared to issue you with a visa. You can apply through the US Embassy in London, all the forms you need are online. Make sure you can prove you will be coming back to Scotland.
