Get in touch with Oxfam or Christian Aid, they are always looking for volunteers failing that try asking at your local careers advice centre (not job centre) they will have all the info you could possibly want
Everybody I know in the UK who has done this sort of work, has done it thru their school. They have programs for this. You want to ensure that they have health insurance, family where she will be living is ‘vetted’, etc.
However, if the school does not assist, why not check with her church – church groups go on sabbaticals or similar trips to do this work.
Also, hospitals/doctors (I believe there is a group called something like World Doctors or something like that)
Check with the Filipino Embassy/Consulate.

there a a lot of different agencies needing volunteers. please ask what sort of work your daughter is interested in (kids, environment, elderly etc) and i’ll ask around for a suitable organization. just send her answer to my email address.
