How do you get a cruise ship job? Please help I really want to work in the cruise industry?

I’m looking for a job on a cruise ship, hopefully paid in £ as I currently live in the UK. I’ve looked on loads of websites and a lot of them seem to come back to International Cruise Services who charge about £30. Does anyone know any place that recruits to the cruise industry for free? Has anyone used International Cruise Services and have any tips or advice?

    Well finding a job on a cruise ship is not that hard u can always Go the cruise line web site, i know for a fact that Norwigian Cruise line in need for Workers ,,
